Leave your car at home – free parking is available on the main street in Rottau (parking discs and time limits still apply). Hiking trailheads and other destinations are easily accessible by local bus or selected regional bus lines.
The leisure facilities listed here can be used once per commenced holiday week with the Chiemgau Card (excluding buses).
All rooms also feature a balcony, optionally facing either Lake Chiemsee or the mountains. Views of the local mountain, the Kampenwand, are included. Enjoy a nice glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the Achen Valley.
In addition to the new hotel furnishings, you can expect a chic outdoor pool with a magnificent view of Lake Chiemsee, as well as a small menu with delicacies and homemade cakes in our restaurant.
